Attach a screenshot or a log file Email the file to [email protected] with your report title, or grab a diagnostic bundle from the Tether icon in your menu bar: Export logs. Logs contain file and folder names from your device.

Worth trying first

Unplug and plug the cable back in, then tap File transfer on the phone rather than Charging.

Try a different USB cable — charge-only cables carry no data and are the most common cause.

Quit and reopen the app; it re-runs the adb handshake on launch.
